New Year's Resolution: keep talking to ghosts!

Al, Lisa, and Nicole are walking around in the basement. There is some background noise from the group, but at the end of the clip at 18 seconds, a woman whispers, "Fuck," close to the recorder not heard in real time.
The group hears a whisper at the beginning of the clip in the downstairs storage room. It is difficult to hear what it saying, but it does sound like a male.
