Nicole forgot she left her recorder on and was walking upstairs with the group to the 2nd floor children's area. You will hear a distinct child's laugh followed by Nicole talking. Note the recorder was in Nicole's hoodie pocket so is making a scratching noise.
While the group was sitting in the attic, a weird scurrying sound was captured on the recorder right next to Nicole. It sounded liked someone ran past her and no one was moving. We have never captured anything like this. It started by the door and ran into the room's corner.

Nicole just turned on her recorder and there is a female, robotic voice captured saying, "I'm back in here," after Lisa talks about a rubbing from a gravestone in a case.
The entire group was in the upstairs master bedroom using the Ghost Box and it says, "Lisa," referring to Lisa Krick.
This is from the attic shortly after the scurrying noise. You will hear a weird breath in the background after Al is talking about what is behind them. This was not heard in real time.
